Meeko's own components that live in a module of their own (<MeekoThemeToggle> since 1.4,
<MeekoAwait>, <MeekoPopover> and <MeekoSelect> since 1.5): a compiled component imports
that module only when its template uses the tag, so an application that never writes them does
not carry their code. Sources live under app/components; generated modules keep the public
builtins paths.
